Thank you for shopping with O'sric. Below is our shipping policy for orders placed within Canada.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Canada-wide, including all provinces and territories.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates .

Standard Shipping (Canada Post / Courier): 3–7 business days
- $5 flat shipping per product

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and weather or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first.
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond reason, contact us at hello@osric.co, and we’ll assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
